That is the very problem. The farmed salmon i fed a diet with lots of
grains. This results in a not so good omega 6/3 number, so that it
is no longer to be considered a fish with good fat composition.
It does not any longer meet our nutritional requirements!
And I am afraid that the new super salmons are designed to
grow specially on this grain diet, which is definitely not what
is natural for an ordinary salmon.
