I don't know about illegal, though it might not fit the topic of Cerebral
Palsy that well and thus isn't 'preffered' on this list.

Maybe we all should look at our own postings for 5 seconds before pressing
the send-button and distributing the message to over 355 people. Just look
for things like :
- Netiquette
- appropriate quoting of only the important parts of the message you
  respond to that are needed to keep the context clear.
- How the subject of your message fits the list topic and how many of
  the 355 people subscribed would be interested.

As, what people call, the listowner I don't belief in forcing listrules, I
think it's a matter of common sense and 5 seconds.
