Gordon, I think I can do one better than that.......  they used to have a sign
outside the city of Waynesboro VA, actually a couple signs, coming from all
directions - but the best one was the welcome sign coming from Staunton to
Waynesboro.  The sign said "Welcome to Seat Belt City - Waynesboro
VA"...........  the sign was situated right beside a cemetery!
