Life is good, isn't it?  My primary care physician has the large legos in his
operatory (or whatever they call their exam rooms -- that's what dentists
call them).  The last time I had an appointment and was waiting for him to
come in, I put together a pyramid with the legos (duplos I think they're
called).  When he finally came in I held it up and said "Look what I made!"
