Hi everyone-
Well I went to the doctor agian yesterday. My BP was 138/98. So needless to
say he uped my medication. I was really quite tired because I have been
overdoing myself with summer school, and preparing for the wedding, not to
mention keeping CPIC humming along. Almost every ningt this week I have not
gotten done till 6 or 7pm and my day starts at 6. I have had to spend at
least 12 hours at Kinkos this week making enlargements for this english
class. Anyway in addition to uping the meds the doc also told me to rest
and he wants to see me again next week. Ok so I have managed to get hm
alittle woried.
This is intresting/good though this doc is so type "A" -- I was setting there
in my wheelcair right and he says "you've got a screw lose." I reply "I
know" thinking he was refuing to the fact that I am crazy to be doing as much
as I am doing. Now this was ment both littraly and figurtivly--this guy is so
type A it's scary. Some of the screws on the swing away front frame were
loose - and have been for sevral months. Anyway he says "let me find an
allen wrench and tighten those up". Now we all know I would be the first
one to be described as havinng a "Type A" personality--well this guy is about
twice as "Type A" as I am. I am the only person I knew till now that would
notice something like that. Once I was at seated areobics and I say to my
friend "Angie, you got new tires didn't you?" And she's like "ya". Then
she says "Anee your the only one who would notice that." Anyway so a
check-up and a tune-up all in one stop.
Yours,
Anee Stanford
