My company is in need of a PCMCIA (or compact flash) card-reader that allows
hot-swapping under an NT environment. We are currently running WIN 2K to
get this functionality on some of our boxes (due to security reasons, we
cannot use WIN 9X). Is this a limitation of the OS or the drivers made for
the card-readers?

We have about 50-75 digital cameras that we use photos from on a daily
basis, so rebooting each time we change out a card is not an option, as we
go through 50-200 cards or so each day...any thoughts/information will be
greatly appreciated.
