Can I eat too much protein per day and damage myself? My body is still
having cravings and strong hunger, and I can't figure out exactly what it
wants yet. I'm just starting to get used to having sufficient amounts of
good carbs like greens/salads/veggies for each meal. If you don't do raw,
a lot of cooking is required to eat paleo!!
