You can find millions of lines of "talk" in the vegan lists and the low-fat dies
lists. So what?
The main problem with the general state of nutrition "talk" is that people start
from the wrong place. They don't start with "How does the human body work?",
they start with "Hey, did you hear about lignans?"...
AFAIK, paleo man did not get his Omega-3 fatty acids from plants, and there is
no benefit to getting them from plants (such as flax), but there are
disadvantages (they have to be converted to EPA and DHA in the body, and these
processes are inefficient, and compete with other essential body processes).
