aww Betty, i think you need a hug, and also you need to let your dr. know
that you really needed that powerchair last year! if he doesn't take action
soon, you must find a new DR! it really isn't fair to you that he hasn't done
a half hour of paperwork. maybe you can find a rehab hospital where an OT
could prescribe a chair for you. she can take your measurements and let you
try out a few chairs.  Be sure to get adequate arm supports!
