Hi Robert,

   1st - please turn off your caps - that signidies yelling!!
    2nd - just hit the reply button - and the list address will magical
appear as well as the message with those arrow things - delete any portion
you don't need quoted - leave any portion that will help your post
understand to a late comer. Change the subject heading if you change the
subject - this is polite.  Write your reply and hit send button. If you wish
to personally reply to someome - simply remove list address and replace it
with the individuals.
