McCormick Company, the people who make the extracts also makes a
seasoning called Old Bay.  It has about 13 different spices in it. I
called up yesterday and it is g/f. If you can have all the spices and it
doesn't bother your stomach, it is something like the chefs on The Food
Network are using. Bam! For all of you that can use spices, it contains
celery salt, mustard, red pepper, black pepper, bay leaves, cloves,
pimento, ginger, mace, cardamom, cinnamon and paprika.
