Hello,
I have been GF since last March. I make every attempt to read labels, as
well as order and make GF food. I also am very careful about
contamination. However, I still seem to get sick once every week or two,
and I can't figure out why. I do know that the last three times I have
eaten a GF pizza I have gotten sick, and I can't figure it out. I
suspected dairy problems, but other dairy products don't seem to bother me
too much.
If anyone has had similar experiences I would love to hear from you. Maybe
I am overlooking something, I don't know. If anybody can point something
out to me that I might be doing wrong I would be grateful.
I know this message is vague, but I think I have been doing everything
right, and I can't figure it out.
