I recently had a very good experience with my flight on American
Airlines. They do provide GF meals. All I had to do was arrange to have
the meals about 2 weeks prior to departure. I was very pleased with the
quality of the meal provided. The should get a pat on the back for being
sensitive to those of us who have special dietary needs.
