Hi,
I'm just new to this Celiac thing. My dietician never said anything to me
about spices/seasonings when I was getting the gluten free low- down. Are
they gf? If I go to a restaurant, is it okay for them to put spices on a
steak or chicken for me, for example. Or if a food package or item lists
"spices" or "seasonings" as an ingredient am I safe to eat it if everything
elso is okay? If not, what types or brands of spices can I eat? I'd
appreciate any advice. Thanks!
