Hi to all,

I received this note after sending my summary to the list......thought
it was worth passing on to everyone.  If anyone can confirm the gf
status of Bob's Red Mill please post it to the list....please only posts
that can be backed up by facts.  Thank you.

Regarding Bob's Red Mill flours.  At one time, this mill's flours were
not recommended due to the milling process and possible contamination
within the mill.  They did not have dedicated lines for gf flours.  It
is my understanding that their is some work going on at Bob's Red Mill
to add a gf line.  Perhaps this should be reviewed again.
