My husband's gastro doctor wants him to have a xylose tolerance test. Does
anyone have any experience with this? If so, is it a good test for
absorption? I'm assuming that is what it is used for in this case. The
doctor indicated that his recent blood tests were "good" and indicated that
the gf diet is working, but that he now wants him to have this test. (He
did scare us by telling us that he must have had it for 10 years before he
was diagnosed due to his low weight for many years.)

Thanks for any replies!

Gina
