Wow.  Thanks to everyone that responded to my Vanilla question.  I decided
to use McCormick's.  What I really needed was a GF product.  I thought it
had to be alcohol free in order to be sure.  I have a lot to learn.  I live
in NE Oregon and I am limited in my resources.  Between Bette Hagman's
Cookbook, the Internet and this list, I am beginning to sort it all out.

Thanks so much.  I'm sure more questions will follow about all the different
flours.  Several people said it was nice of me to cook for my Mother.  If
you saw my first loaf of GF bread, you might not say that.  Anyone need a
doorstop? ;-D
