Hello,
I have been GF for two days, and a usually many symptoms are abating. I
glanced at articles explain some confusion about vinegar and dangers. I
don't eat anything with vinegar so I didn't read them. Last night as I
chewed on some wonderful homemade sauerkraut from a corner shop here in
Gliwice, I suddenly realized that the jarred sauerkraut is often jarred in
vinegar. Does any one know if vinegar is used to make homemade sauerkraut?
I have stayed away from the homemade pickles because there some foggy stuff
in it, which I'm not sure about.
I suppose, if nobody knows, I will just have to stop my yummy sauerkraut
habit :-(. I've decided to leave anything thing out that is doubtful.
