Re: John Dennis's question on eating at a Chinese restaurants.

I have walked into a Chinese restaurants (no MSG used there) with my bottle of
gluten free soy sauce and asked if he could cook a meal for my friend (also
Celiac) and I. We had a good time but both of us felt extremely tired
afterwards. We thought maybe he was lying to us about the MSG. We had no
Celiac symptoms afterwards.

Another thought is try calling a few restaurants to see what kind of soy
sauce they use. Maybe you will find one that uses Chun King. Don't forget to
ask if they use MSG.
