Hello Listmates:

Because I've had a heck of a time finding the WASA brand
wheat-free/gluten-free corn crackers, I called the company today to find out
why stores are always "sold out" of these crackers. The rep (from the company
that imports them from Switzerland) said that the home company had let
supplies dwindle, because soon the company will be reintroducing these
crackers with a new, improved recipe. The new crackers will not only be
wheat- and gluten-free, they'll also be lactose-free.

I was told the new WASA corn crackers will be in stores around mid-April.
