I'll second that.
We were shown on how to put Alex's AFO's with minimum fuss by his PT.  Sit
the kid on your lap with his back towards you.  Spread the AFO's and then
slip them on.  This works great for right now but I'm not sure what will
happen when his legs get longer than my arm reach.
