you might better sell the house and go back to the appartment. or you might
consider a condo where the work is done for you for a fee. but i can tell
you from years and years in a house, it never ends, there is always
something needing to be done.

I'm new to living in a house.  I've lived in an apartment most of my life.
This is my first winter shoveling snow.  At first it was ok, but now, I
