Jose, a source I have found useful--for organizing the different types of
nightmares within a framework of identifying each type as a sort of category of
defensive decompensation associated with corresponding types of personality
structures--is a 1987 book edited by Henry Kellerman titled "The Nightmare:
Psychological and Biological Foundations" (1987, Columbia University Press).
