Sorry about that. I am just shy of 39, 6' 3'', 215 lbs., bodyfat at approx
28%. I try to lift 3 days per week but normally make two. Basic routines,
18 to 21 sets per workout. I do light cardio on off days, usually just
walking.
With the exception of the working out, I have a sedentary job. On a US
food pyramid style diet, I maintain at 1800 calories and only lose fat (and
muscle) below 1600 calories.
