6 months low carb, about 2 semi-paleo, and I've just scheduled my
first physical in years. I don't know what to make sure
they do.
Lipid profile, obviously... TG, HDL, LDL.
Possibly thyroid, since it's been problematic to most of the women in
my family. But what test? I hear there are different ones,
some more accurate than others.
Anything else I should be sure they do? I feel healthier than I have
in years, so it's just more curiosity than wondering if
anything's wrong.
