Hi all,
Any salt labeled "Lite" has components in it that cause blood sugar to
rise and also causes retention of fluid. Sea salt has a wonderful balance
of sodium and potassium and is not harmful to the kidneys as processed salt
(table salt) is. You can get sea salt with added iodide.
