I think two things....both derived from personal experience
1. Drink a lot of water.
2. If their bodies are not eliminating properly, then their bodies will
compensate by trying to eliminate toxins, etc., via their skin. A healthy diet
(vegetables, fiber, simple foods, and water) is a part of an efficient
elimination process.
