bodypart just once a week."

In the upper echelons of bodybuilding, the HIT method of training is dead.
Now, I'm not bashing HIT, I use it myself.  And for natural trainees, it's
the way to go.  But if we're talking about elite bodybuilding, the last
bodybuilder to use the HIT method was Dorian Yates, and he really didn't
train HIT.  He usually did 3-4 exercises per bodypart, and he often did 2
failure sets per exericse as opposed to 1.  That could add up to 6-8 failure
sets per workout - doesn't sound very HIT to me.

When bodybuilders start using 2-6 grams of Test per week, HIT just doesn't
cut it.  And it's almost impossible to train that way when you're on that
much gear anyway.  You have to drag youself out of the gym.  The endurance
that comes along with those type of dosages is amazing.  I used to think
that Lee Priest doing 25 sets per workout was foolish, and then I got on
about 4 grams of Test per week and found myself training the same way.
