hmmmm I wonder if that was from the list *I* posted to
alt.support.diet.low-carb last week, or if I have a doppelganger
somewhere.  :-)

Awhile back, I downloaded the whole USDA nutrient database and
imported it into MS Access.  I usually run some sort of query
against it almost every day.  So if anyone wants me to do some
queries, let me know!  It's not a burden (at least not at this point)
because I learrn from others' queries too!  I won't post them to the
group though because they can get pretty big.
