Hi Rachel - I'll keep my eyes on the news stand; I look forward to
your articles.

For those of you who do weight train, Stuart McRobert (of Beyond
Brawn, Hardgainer magazine) is offering a short e-book for free
download, "Why Conventional Bodybuilding Methods Suck":

http://www.hardgainer.com/sucks/

Aside from the strong anti-drug enhancement sentiments, the author's
brief, high intensity training regimen using basic massive movements
meshes well with Arthur de Vany's Evolutionary Fitness theories
(although he is not following a paleo diet).

Cheers,
Jo
