Chuck, are you sure that the mr Coffee is cool enough? I used to use one but
found out that after awhile, the heat was very very high so i was really
"cooking' the meat and losing the benefit of eating raw meat. I now have an
AMerica Harvest which has  atemp control and it dries it at a cool temp.
