Something's wrong here. 84g of protein is 12 blocks. 108g of
carbs is also 12 blocks. But 12 blocks of fat, at 3.3g per
block, is about 40g, not 18. And at 9 calories per gram, that
would come to about 360 calories from fat, on a 12-block program.

That comes to a total of 1,128, which is still very low, of
course.

Somewhere or other, Sears does say that one should add a block
for every 25 overweight pounds. This *still* results in a
severely restricted diet.
