In response to the person who asked for mayonnaise suggestions, I offer my
tofu mayonnaise recipe from my upcoming book, No Meat, No Milk, NO PROBLEM!
It tastes surprisingly like Kraft real mayonnaise. If you pass the recipe on,

TOFU MAYONNAISE
This recipe is intended to resemble real mayonnaise rather than the sweeter,
salad dressing type. It makes a good sandwich spread and is much lower in fat
and cholesterol than traditional mayonnaise.
1 (12.3 oz.) pkg. Mori-Nu® silken-style tofu, firm
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1–2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon herb-seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
YIELD: 2 cups
