I'm also dairyless and nursing- but I wouldn't recommend drinking/eating
nuts, since they are very common allergens also...I'm trying to replace the
calcium with TUMS 500 and spinach, Ca O.J., etc. I'm also staying away from
gassy foods- broccoli, cauliflower, onoins, garlic; and things my 2 yr old
is allergic to- soy, peas, peanuts, And trying to have low amounts of eggs
and Barley/malt which he's also allergic to- I've been learning to cook
more at home these past few months!
