Saul,
The revised petition states that abductions generally take place at night, but
in Dumo's particular case no specific mention was made of the time of arrest.
This approach was adopted after Mansour's comment followed by Annika's
clarification (see the revised version). I mention this only to clarify this
issue once and for all.
