with all the discussion about walking being "over rater", "communication
being more inportant" etc,, does it appear that from the standpoint of
disability accessability of facilities, that there is much mor emphasis on
the mobility part than on the other parts of being disabled. people think
that if they have a few parking spaces, a bathroom stall (poorly designed at
that) and a chair ramp, they have done their "duty" very few employees are
trained to recognise the needs od the disabled.
