Just had to jump in out of lurk mode to reply, lol  We haven't had peanut
butter and pickle but Dill pickle and cheese with mayo is yummy!

Also growing up, when my dad would watch football, an opened faced cheddar
cheese, with sliced tomoto with garlic salt melted under the broiler was a
must!
