My parents bought a Ford Windstar, converted by IMS, for my 16th birthday.
We haven't had a single problem with it. It makes going places a pleasure,
instead of a hassle. There is one chair in the front seat, which can be
moved into either the driver or passenger spot. The middle seat was
removed, so there was room for my wheelchair to get in. The sliding door
opens automatically, and a ramp unfolds. There is an easy lockdown
mechanism on the floor, which attaches to a bolt on the bottom of my chair,
automatically, when I get in. I highly recommend them. It's expensive, but
well worth it. I've never gotten a better present.
