I am 62 and do not have the pain that some of the others on this list have.
I do have some problems, though. Due to weight gain I am terrified of
getting in bath tub and only use stall showers. I have no stamina to speak
of because of my own sedentary life. These are self-inflicted health
problems not directly connected to CP as such. I used drink too much, smoke
too much and now I stille eat way too much. You've got to have some
vices.But take care of your body, it is the only one you've got.
