there is also pit cooking . That is a slow process ( hours ,) food are
burried with soil in a pit between a sandwich of green grass or leaves over
a bed of heated stones. ( because of the work involved ,it might have been
done only for festivity when you can cook efficiently in big quantities
with this method) it is kind of steamed as a result
