yes all part of radilshes are edible , i love particularly the seed pods in
their green stage before they become fibrous. ( there is even a variety of
radiches that have been selected for its pods)
For learning more about used part of plants and their preparation look for a
guide about Native use of plants . Here in Bc the museum made a nice guide
of technological and culinary use of the native plants by the native
populations of the coast( including variances from tribe to tribe)
