<sigh>   The amount of potassium is what matters.  I prescribe a uiseful
dosage.  Also, salt (regular) is processed.  It is not dealt with by the
body as easily as sea salt.

If you want to learn, ask.  If you want to criticize, my attitude will more
than likely be that of impatience.
