There is much variation in the potency of SJW supplements, so it
is important to use a reputable standardized brand.  Twinlabs has
a single-dose 900 mg supplement that is good quality.  And don't
make the mistake of trying it for a while, thinking it's "not
doing anything" and then stopping.
