Anyone or everyone,
Are your BMs really different now that you eat less actual food and allot of it is not plant (ala vegetarianism)? My naturopath doesn't believe me when I tell him that my BMs are perfectly normal even though they do not conform to the vegetarian norm. Also, he prefers for me to take a daily fiber supplement and I am bucking the system by doing nuts (for fat) instead (they should sell raw pecans on the laxative isle in drugstores).
So, do you guys all have regular BMs without constipation or gassy diarrhea?
