1.  Find a doctor to write you an medical exemption.
2.  Find a spiritual official to write you a religious exemption.

3.  Ask what possible reason there would be for a male to avoid
    rubella.
4.  Fake documentation that you have already had measles, mumps,
    and rubella.
5.  Change your age to meet the exemption requirements at your school

A little tongue in cheek, but seriously -- there are ways around the
requirements.  You may have to spend time finding the loopholes, but if I
were you I would do so.
