Anybody read The Primal Feast by Susan Allport? Excellent discussionof the
effects of agriculture, and the primacy of hunting.  This book is of interest
to all interested in interaction between culture, hunting, nutrition,
society. Talks a lot about how people adapted agricultural diets - from what
i have read so far, she doesn't take the next step and recommend a paleo
diet, i am not sure why.
