We have an HTML Digest. send a message to

[log in to unmask]
with any subject line and put in the body

set paleofood set html digest

Give it a try and see if this is what you want. Not all mail programs
handle it properly. I personally prefer the indiviual messages though I
do get both digests to make sure they are working ok.
