I have never tried to find grass fed beef around here (T.H.) because I
have just assumed it was not available. (Indiana can be rather backwards
you know)  But just north of here is a new Amish community and at least
one Amish farmer is selling organic chickens because he realized there
is a strong demand. (Hey, money talks.) I know there are Amish
communities in northern Indiana also, maybe you could focus your search
in that direction.  Good luck and let me know if you find a source.
