Folks,

Charity they say begins at home.  So let us review Matarr's re-admission to
the L as the first step towards "Heal Self and Nation".  He undoubtedly has
something to contribute to the progress which in any case is open to scrutiny
or litmus test as all other suggestions are/will be.

In the name of peace, long live The Gambia.
