I'm a 40ish male living in Nova Scotia, Canada and I also have several family
members that have been diagnosed Celiac. They all living in England, and I
have been trying to get them to join the Internet, specifically for this group.

The family members include 2 brothers, 1 sister, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

Anyway enough, Barbara you mentioned missing spaghetti, have you tried rice
flour or potato flour spaghetti? You may be able to find them in a local
health food store. When cooking it be sure to drain a couple of times, as
both are pretty starchy.

Good Luck
